At ForgeNest Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. You must contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and the return address after your request has been reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted or incorrectly selected items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the order.

We do not accept returns for used or damaged items, personalized products, gift cards, opened hygiene-related products, or items clearly marked as final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
