Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $6.99.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery time is 3–14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If we cannot ship an order within the advertised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate. You may have the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
